Kwik Trip Scrip Tip
Fast Fund February is here!
During the month of February the rebate on Kwik Trip gift cards is 10% instead of the usual 5%. For example, a purchase of $100 of Kwik Trip gift cards, would usually give the parish a $5 rebate, but this month St. Gabriel will receive a $10 rebate instead! Every purchase helps support the parish! The parish is stocking up on the $25 and $50 Kwik Trip gift cards and will have them in our inventory at the higher rebate percentage during the coming months. They are always available for purchase in the parish office during the week and at the Scrip desk after Mass. However, if you would prefer a Kwik Trip gift card in a different denomination, this is the month to place an order! Gift cards can be ordered in $10, $20, $100, $200, and $500 denominations. Stop in the office or at the Scrip desk after Mass to place your order and pick up your order in the office during the week or at Mass the following weekend. Your purchase costs you nothing extra – it’s money you’d be spending on gas, groceries, and coffee at Kwik Trip anyway! Thank you!

Closing Prayer
Attached is a video from Bishop Ricken, who invites us to be ready for the Lenten season. Now, even myself, having worked for the Church for a few years now, am still surprised that it is already time to start planning for Lent, but it is an important thing to do. Bishop mentions the jubilee year in this video, which we have been discussing quite a bit the past few weeks at St. Gabriel. So for our prayer today, I am taking from the Mass for this jubilee year.
Almighty ever-living God, fervent desire of the human heart,
look with favor upon your people who make their pilgrim journey in this year of grace,
so that, bound to Christ the rock of salvation, they may happily attain the goal of blessed hope.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
